Terms & Conditions – Quality Pool Care LLC

By using the services, products, or website of Quality Pool Care LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Provided

Quality Pool Care LLC offers pool and spa services, including but not limited to:

  • Maintenance and cleaning

  • Openings and closings

  • Repairs and equipment installation

  • Chemical sales and delivery

  • Above-ground pool kits and hot tubs

The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing (or electronically) prior to commencement.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue balances.

  • If you have a credit card on file, we may charge the card automatically for unpaid invoices as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Deposits may be required for large projects, equipment orders, or custom builds. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

 

4. Product Orders

  • All product sales are subject to availability.

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our [Refund Policy].

  • Special orders, opened chemicals, or installed parts are non-returnable unless defective.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain a safe, accessible environment for service personnel.

  • Provide accurate information regarding your pool/spa system.

  • Monitor your system between service visits unless ongoing care is explicitly covered in your service plan.

  • Notify us promptly of any concerns after service is completed.

 

6. Warranties & Guarantees

  • We stand behind our workmanship and will correct errors reported within 3 business days of service.

  • Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Normal wear and tear, weather damage, misuse, or neglect are not covered.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage

  • Equipment failure due to age or improper prior installation

  • Damage caused by acts of nature, weather, or customer negligence

  • Losses resulting from missed appointments due to circumstances beyond our control

 

8. Website Use (if applicable)

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to access restricted content

  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission

  • Upload malicious code or spam

All content on our website is the property of Quality Pool Care LLC and protected by copyright laws.

 

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how your personal information is collected and used.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
