Quality Pool Care LLC ("Company") provides pool services, maintenance, repairs, and related products for residential and commercial clients. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

General Use
All services and advice provided by the Company are based on industry best practices and manufacturer recommendations. The Company is not responsible for misuse or failure to follow maintenance instructions by the customer or third parties. -
Liability Limitations
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, water damage, equipment failure, chemical imbalances, personal injury, or property damage, unless caused by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company. -
Water Chemistry & Equipment Maintenance
Customers are responsible for ongoing pool monitoring between scheduled services, including maintaining proper chemical levels and equipment operation unless explicitly included in a signed maintenance agreement. The Company is not liable for issues arising due to neglect between visits. -
Weather & Environmental Conditions
The Company is not responsible for delays, damage, or service interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or environmental conditions beyond our control. -
Estimates & Project Changes
Any quotes or timelines provided are estimates only. Costs may vary depending on site conditions, materials, and customer-approved changes. All changes must be documented and signed in writing. -
Third-Party Installations
The Company is not responsible for damages or malfunctions caused by third-party installations, products, or previous work not performed by the Company. -
Credit Card on File (if applicable)
Customers who authorize a card on file agree that their card may be charged for unpaid balances according to the terms outlined in their service agreement or invoice.
Refund Policy - the basics
At Quality Pool Care LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or scheduling a service.
Services (Maintenance, Repairs, Openings/Closings, Etc.)

Non-Refundable Services: All completed services are non-refundable once rendered. This includes but is not limited to pool cleanings, chemical treatments, inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.

Cancellation Policy: Service appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.

Unsatisfactory Work: If you believe a service was not performed correctly, please contact us within 3 business days of the appointment so we can investigate and, if applicable, correct the issue at no additional cost.
