Larger items (e.g., above-ground pools, hot tubs, large equipment) may ship via freight and require someone to be present for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the continental United States (unless otherwise noted).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for large items.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.

If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Please allow time for investigation before replacements or refunds are issued.
Incorrect Shipping Information
